This cookie usage and privacy policy notice contains useful information about how and why Marvel Studio OÜ (hereinafter Boostnup.com) collects, processes, and shares personal data (data).
The privacy policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of the privacy policy is to protect the privacy of clients in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and European Union legislation.

- user name and email address – when the user downloads learning materials, in order to send them the materials
- user name and email address – when the user subscribes to the Boostnup newsletter, we send them company news, notifications about new blog posts or podcast episodes;
- website traffic statistics – using Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Boostnup uses personal data:
- to provide services to the user, for example, to enter into and fulfill contracts, to communicate with the user, and to send invoices;
- to send notifications to the user’s email address about new articles, services, and campaigns, but only with the user’s prior consent.
Boostnup uses website traffic statistics to improve the user experience of the website and for more effective marketing.
The user has the right at any time to prohibit the processing of their personal data, except where this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contractual obligation, including the provision of services.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
A third party is a Boostnup contractual partner who processes personal data and through whose product or service Boostnup provides services to the user.
Boostnup uses third parties for its daily operations who provide:
- Web hosting – website hosting
- Mailerlite – email delivery and management system
- Google – website usage statistics analysis
- Facebook – social media usage and social media statistics analysis
- Montonio – we transmit the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio
In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous section, Boostnup transmits user personal data to cooperation partners. This is only to the extent necessary to provide services to the user.
LINKS TO OTHER PAGES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
Some pages, such as the blog, contain links to other websites or contain embedded content, such as YouTube videos that you can watch directly from the blog. When consuming embedded content, you are technically visiting another website where that website’s terms apply.
These pages may collect data about you, replace cookies, or transmit your data to third parties.
RETENTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Boostnup retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose or as required by law. For example, an email address on the mailing list will be retained until the user requests its removal.
Boostnup applies all reasonable measures to protect the personal data being processed. Access to modify and process personal data is limited to authorized persons only, and the personal data of all users is treated as confidential information.
USER RIGHTS
The user has the right at any time to:

- require the transfer of personal data.

If the user is a member of the Boostnup mailing list, they can remove themselves from the mailing list and opt out of further emails through the link at the bottom of the email. To restrict the use of cookies, the user can make the appropriate selections in their web browser settings.
If the User believes that their rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, they have the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.
