Studio usage
Welcome to the Boost`n Up self-service video studio.
Booking and rental times
- The video studio is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00.
- The minimum studio usage time is 1 hour.
- Bookings are confirmed after 100% advance payment, which must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
- Studio bookings can be made by selecting a suitable time from the studio calendar. If you wish to extend your rental time, please notify us by phone at +372 5590 0654.
Rental price and fees
- The studio rental price is 75 euros per hour (VAT is not added).
- For the standard solution, on the first visit there is an additional studio assistant fee of 45 euros. The assistant will introduce and demonstrate studio usage. On subsequent visits, you can use the studio independently and the assistant fee will not apply.
- For custom solutions, the hourly rate is 125 euros (includes a studio technician) and the first hour with preparation is 170 euros.
Cancellation or booking changes
- Bookings are accepted and can be cancelled during studio opening hours.
- If you cancel your booking, postpone the date or time, or shorten the rental period less than 48 hours in advance, the studio reserves the right not to refund the advance payment.
- A full refund is only issued if the cancellation is reported at least 48 hours before the scheduled recording.
Studio usage and preparation
- Please arrive at the studio 30 minutes before the booking start time to set up the necessary equipment.
- Rental time starts from the booking start time.
- Basic equipment includes cameras, lights, monitors, a desk and microphone, fabric backdrops and decorations.
- Additional equipment is available according to the price list.
- Up to 15 people are allowed in the studio.
Other important information
- Entering the studio in outdoor shoes is prohibited. Please bring indoor shoes or use the guest slippers available on site.
- Pets are allowed with prior arrangement.
- The use of pyrotechnics, alcohol consumption, lighting fires and smoking are prohibited.
- The studio reserves the right to stop filming and refuse room rental if clients are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- We ask all guests to follow these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all studio users.

You can book the studio via the website. We will send you an invoice by email and the booking becomes valid after payment.
We will let you into the studio and show you how to work independently. Please arrive 30 minutes early so we can set up the lighting and backdrop together. The time spent on studio setup is not included in the hourly rate.

Prior studio experience is not required. If it’s your first time, we’ll show you everything at the first meeting. That’s why please be there 30 minutes early!
Actually, there isn’t much to do, just press the right buttons. We have also created the necessary guides, because you don’t have to remember everything at once.
Yes, even if you feel completely unfamiliar with technology. We have made things simple and convenient for you. We are available and will come to help if needed.
For independent recording, the studios are equipped with one camera, 2 large screens (for viewing the computer image and recording output), a laptop, teleprompter, video mixer, studio speakers, studio lighting and a ceiling directional microphone. An adjustable desk, so you can create video content both standing and sitting.
If you want to record with a larger group, let us know – the necessary equipment and assistance are available.
You can choose from different backdrops. The studios have both light and dark fabric backdrops. It is also possible to use a green screen. The Tallinn studio also has a decorative window backdrop that creates a cosy and impressive look.
The backdrop can also be changed with different colour schemes, furniture, decorative elements and plants. Everything is readily available in the video studio.
The price list applies to the standard solution, which is designed for one client at a time, for independent use. You can do both live and recordings or both at the same time.

Custom solutions require either additional crew, more video equipment and more thorough preparation.

Yes, you can.
The Paide studio has two separate rooms, a front room and the studio. You can freely rent the studio for a group and record in turns. On condition that you keep quiet, because the front room is separated by a door but sound does carry through to some extent.
If you want to record with multiple people in Paide, we can adapt the studio according to your needs.
The Tallinn studio is located on two floors. The video studio is on the second floor, separated by a door and a sound curtain.
The studio price includes the second floor rental, which is 100% yours.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, chat and relaxation area. You are free to use it, but you may encounter other people there: the studio team, visitors, etc.
If you want to rent the entire studio, both the first and second floor, an additional fee applies, by agreement.
